Boxing is one of the oldest stand-up combat sports in history, Boxing only allows strikes using punches such as jabs, straight crosses, upper cuts and hooks. Fighters wear boxing gloves and are limited to striking above the waist towards a facing opponent. In boxing and kickboxing, the rounds are 3 minutes long and fights are won via KO, TKO or judges decision which is based on a points system.

Artem is a veteran of multiple Ukrainian national championships, and not only was he a very successful fighter, but in recent years he mentored several national champions, especially in the youth divisions. He specialises in working with kids and has extensive amount of experience developing them from a very young age.Artem also heads the INVINCIBLE kids boxing program.

As a stand-up combat sport, kickboxing allows you to strike your opponent with kicks, knees and punches. Kickboxing is practiced for self-defence, general fitness or as a contact sport. Both kickboxing and boxing are fought inside a ring.

Kickboxing Coach Andrey
A brave warrior born in Kazakhstan to Russian parents but has lived in Shenzhen since his early teens. He started his fighter apprenticeship at the age of 15 under Invincible Head Coach Woody, and has an undefeated record in Kickboxing. His talents lie in his nimble footwork, fearless composure and his ability to manage the distance during a fight. Another of Andrey’s attributes is keeping a cool head under high pressure situations. The bigger the event the bigger the Andrey. His boyish charms have made him a favourite amongst our students and his speciality is footwork coaching combined with extensive experience as a sparring and training partner.

Brazilian jiu-jitsu is a martial art system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. BJJ was formed from Judo fundamentals that were taught by Japanese living in Brazil in the early 1900s. BJJ promotes the concept that a smaller weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger, heavier assailant by using proper technique, leverage and energy conservation.

Actively leading the team, full-time coach and retired fighter, Woody has had a successful fighting career in both professional kickboxing and MMA events in China, Africa and all over Asia. Born in South Africa, Woody came to China as a young adult and has a deep understanding of Chinese culture and speaks Chinese. His coaching style has matured through years of experience being involved in both the professional fighting world and cultivating the fighting spirit in our regular students. Woody is the absolute core of INVINCIBLE.

Strength and Conditioning Coach Sergey
He’s our super strong coach from Russia who’s a Judo black belt and has been certified as a Master of Sports in Sambo. Over the last few years, Sergey’s been very successful in a variety of competitions in MMA, BJJ, Wrestling and Sambo across Europe, Russia and Asia. He also specialises in strength and conditioning training which focuses on interval circuits, body weight exercises and general agility.
